【20分鐘美味下午茶食譜】迷你一口蘋果酥-附食譜

上星期天家裡有BB聚會,一班靚媽咪帶著同小米BB同月份出世的BB來家裡玩,於是我也準備了一些茶點和大家分享。大家來到時都「哇」一聲,以為要花很長時間準備,其實不用的。這次就介紹這個迷你一口蘋果酥。依自己味道去煮蘋果餡,少少甜多點肉桂味,蘋果饀想稔點或是有點咬口都可以自己選擇喔,再來就只是用急凍現成酥皮,差幾個洞洞,包好就放進焗爐焗就完成了,有新鮮出爐的一口蘋果酥吃,一口一件,不用弄糟手或是吃得沒儀態。是不是快捷又簡單? 
而且情人節新年又快到,大家都一定會有很PARTY,這個超簡易的蘋果酥食譜更是派上用場呢!

材料:
急凍酥皮—一塊 (可自己搓酥皮,我家多數自己搓的,特別是冬天,會搓好放在凍櫃,用時拿出來很方便。但大家買坊間的現成急凍酥皮,其實都一樣的)
蘋果—一個
肉桂粉—1-2茶匙
砂糖—3茶匙
雲呢拿香油—1/4 茶匙 /適量
無鹽牛油溶液—少許

先煮蘋果餡,將蘋果去芯後切細粒狀備用。
準備一個平底鑊,放入蘋果粒,肉桂粉、砂糖、雲呢拿,用中火煮至入味即可熄火備用。
把急凍酥皮一片從冷凍櫃拿出來,見有少少回軟狀態,就可以用刀切喜歡的長度,大約是5cm*5cm。 
之後用叉在每塊酥皮上平均刺上洞洞,再掃一層無鹽牛油溶液,就可以取適量蘋果餡放在酥皮中間。對摺,用手指把三邊都壓平。
再用叉背在三邊壓上花紋,以及再用叉在表面刺一兩個洞。
在表面再掃一層無鹽牛油或雞蛋液。
放入已預熱200度的焗爐焗12-15分鐘即成。
