【20分鐘簡易菜式】麻油大蝦-附食譜

新年快到,如果要應付一大群親友上來吃團年飯,真的要仔細想一想菜單如何安排,不然就算有十個爐頭都沒用。一定要有些是需要多點時間早些準備,一些是可以很快十多分鐘就準備好的。
這幾天我煮的這款麻油大蝦,就十分適合新年招呼朋友,每人一隻煎得紅噹噹麻油香滿溢的大蝦,大啖大啖蝦肉,真的很滿足的,而且只要20分鐘就可以完成啦。

材料:
虎蝦—6隻(其實隨意)
黑麻油/麻油—4湯匙
加飯酒/米酒—2湯匙
鹽粒—依個人喜愛
黑椒碎—依個人喜愛
辣椒粉—依個人喜愛

做法:
先將虎蝦解凍,剪去蝦鬚,挑走蝦腸後洗淨用廚房紙印乾水分備用
準備平底鑊,倒入麻油,燒熱油後,放入大蝦,轉小火慢慢把大蝦兩邊煎至熟透及香脆,每邊大約3-5分鐘視乎蝦的大小,之後轉大火,濽酒,轉小火煎至蝦殼變乾身就可以上碟。
如喜愛,可灑少許鹽,黑椒碎,辣椒粉於蝦上便完成。可以放上芫荽紅椒盤碟。
