【懶人料理】泰式鮑魚仔

天氣太熱了,單是去街市買菜都已經熱死人,更何況要入廚呢?所以最近招呼朋友來吃飯時,都會煮幾道懶人料理,簡簡單單醃下就可以成為涼拌小食,真的又懶又好味!
泰國小食很多人都喜歡,酸甜辣的,在夏天吃特別開胃。今次介紹這個泰式鮑魚,非常簡單,味道都可以依自己喜歡作出調整。點整?鮑魚洗淨飛水後,連同醃料一齊放入雪櫃,浸一晚就可以拿出來吃了,是不是很簡單呢?
材料: 
1.    新鮮鮑魚-12隻

醃汁:

1.    芫茜—3棵切碎
2.    蒜頭--5顆切碎
3.    指天椒—2條切碎
4.    紅蔥頭—1個切碎
5.    香茅—1條切碎
6.    青檸汁-1個
7.    砂糖---10茶匙
8.    魚露—1湯匙
9.    白醋—1湯匙
10.    水—1碗
11.    蠔油—1湯匙
12.    鹽/雞粉—少許

1.    將鮑魚刷洗乾淨,燒一鍋水滾起後,放入鮑魚,大火煮3-4分鐘,剛好熟。撈起,去掉鮑魚外殼及內臟。
2.    再鮑魚面界十字紋後備用。
3.    將醃汁全部材料放入攪拌機內攪勻,試味,按個人喜歡調整甜酸辣後,把鮑魚放入醃汁內,放入雪櫃浸一晚後,第二天即可拿出食用。
