天時暑熱,最開心莫過於吃水果消暑。如果覺得太單調,不妨先烤焗一番,烤蜜桃、烤菠蘿等口感特別又juicy,令人想一吃再吃。除了美味之外,原來烤水果的好處都不少,首先甜度低的水果經烤焗後會更變得更香濃甜美,而果皮的營養也會浸透至果肉中,加上果膠等食物纖維則會因加熱而分子變小,令人體更加容易吸收。想在家中自製烤水果,可以先從西柚入手,一年四季都可以買到,加上做法簡單,難怪日本近年都掀起一股烤西柚的熱潮。

最簡單的做法是烤焗前灑上白糖平衡酸味,喜歡的更可少許鹽豐富甜味,送入預熱15分鐘的焗爐至微脹即可,取出後冷卻3分鐘就可享用。或者切片烤焗後,沾上蜂蜜也是不錯的選擇。對肉桂情有獨鍾,可以撒上半茶匙的肉桂,以220度烤5至8分鐘至表皮微焦即成,香氣四溢,滋味無窮。

怕熱氣則可以搭配希臘沙律Greek Salad,淋上一點點蜂蜜更添風味,而且熱量低,又充滿飽足感,也是減肥的好選擇。
