來到夏天,身邊不少朋友都嚷著要瘦身,有的更在試近年日本熱爆的蜜糖減肥法。原理是三日以蜂蜜水或茶代替正餐,之後吃清淡和容易消化的食物,聽說這樣就可減去6磅,而且很少反彈。如此神奇,究竟蜜糖是否真的有助keep fit呢?


的而且確,蜜糖含有豐富的維他命、礦物質和胺基酸等,有助提升免疫力,裡面的酵素又會促進新陳代謝,排走體內毒素,身體自然較輕盈。

深入點看,這蜜糖減肥法其實跟斷食無異,不過就以蜜糖水補充體力。短時間內可能會令人瘦下來,不過蜜糖始終含糖量高,長遠而言身體攝取糖份後轉化為脂肪,體重可能因此會反彈,加上糖分會損害骨膠原以致加速衰老,窈窕不成,悄臉亦逐漸消失,可謂得不償失。而且市面上的蜜糖普遍經過加工,裡面的營養亦未必可以百分百保留,故此成效有限。

 

其實自己平時都會飲蜜糖水,每逢夏日更愛飲杯冰凍檸蜜降溫解渴。不過對於這個蜜糖減肥法就有所保留,朋友親身試過後表示成效不大,如果想控制體重,還是老生常談的一句-配合均衡飲食和適量運動方是上策!
